Dates/Times:	Sunday, October 5, 12 & 19 Boys: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. Girls: 12:00 - 1:30 p.m.
Age/Level:	Beginner to intetrmediate level players Ages 10-13 and 14-17 years old
Individual registration:	$80 per player with valid TEAMWORKS membership
Notes:	Prices are based on a valid TEAMWORKS membership. Non-members should add $15 to their registration category for membership/insurance. Membership is good for 1 year for all programs at any TEAMWORKS location.

Clinic Registration Form

XCEL Lacrosse is partnering with TEAMWORKS-Northborough to offer a fall lacrosse clininc for beginner and intermediate level boys and girls, 10-17 years old. Players will be grouped by

age and ability.

Clinic will feature instruction on the skills that are fundamental to the game of lacrosse and is ideal for players that are new to the game of lacrosse or are looking to improve their skills. Full lacrosse

equipment (Boys: mouth guard, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads and arm pads. Girls: mouth guard and goggles) is required. Cleats or sneakers can be used on TEAMWORKS’ synthetic grass surface. For more information contact Chris Widelo at (508) 208-3920.

Clinic Features:

» Instruction on lacrosse fundamentals

» Catching, throwing, ground balls and shooting will be covered

» Players will learn the basics of individual offense and defense

» XCEL’s coaching staff is experienced in instructing youth level players. Coaches are Double Goal Certified by the Positive Coaching Alliance.

» Youth coaches and parents are welcome on the field to observe the clinic

» Viewing area for spectators
