Teaming up with the Hit Quarters, and their brand new athletic strength training facility, we have the program & equipment to make you a better athlete. We will be using the newest best-known scientific strength training techniques available to help an athlete develop into an injury free, fully functional athletic force on the lacrosse field.
Hit Quarters LLC, Central Massachusetts' ultimate indoor sports facility located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The 28,0000-square-foot facility has everything you need to Xcel as a lacrosse player. The 65yard x 40yard synthetic field turf surface allows for full field action.
The Carol and Park B. Smith Wellness Center, located within the Hart Recreation Center, provides state-of-the-art fitness equipment for varsity athletes and all other members of the Holy Cross community.
The 15,000-square-foot facility provides a highly versatile strength and conditioning center for Holy Cross' 600 student-athletes on the first level. There are areas for speed development programs, as well as for strength and endurance conditioning. The second floor has been designed for use by all students, faculty and staff. It has two sections: one for aerobic training, and the other for cardiovascular, variable-resistance and strength training. A diverse selection of equipment accommodates users ranging from beginners to advanced athletes.
From the East and West (Boston, Hartford and New York) Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 10. After the exit, follow I-290 East toward Worcester. Take Exit 11 (College Square / Southbridge Street) off of I-290. Cross over to the right lane immediately after coming off the ramp to College Square. Take the first right (before the traffic light) onto College Street. To get to Fitton Field,take the first left onto Fitton Ave. To get to the Hart Recreation Center go up the hill and enter the last gate on the left, Gate 7. Take your first right and head up the hill. The Hart Center is at the top of the hill. Fields are locatedbehind the building. MapQuestmay provide door-to-door driving instructions
